ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Director for Menswear  is tasked with delivering a radical brand strategy, placing Cotton On Mens at the forefront of effortless casual fashion. A key player in our Cotton On executive team, you’ll lead a team of creative thinkers across Product, Marketing and Planning to build a holistic brand experience, ensuring that every touch point reflects our brand DNA and delivers a seamless experience to our customers.  

•    Brand Leadership & Vision: Set and inspire a bold, customer-centric brand strategy that aligns with our DNA, ensuring we stay ahead of trends while delivering effortless, casual style across the globe. 
•    Team Leadership: We genuinely care about our people. Lead and inspire a high-performing team, providing coaching to grow our teams and foster a collaborative culture.
•    Drive Strategic Growth: Oversee product and marketing strategy, steering us toward new opportunities for growth while maintaining the optimistic Aussie spirit that sets us apart.
•    Seamless Brand Experience: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand narrative comes to life in every product launch, campaign and customer interaction.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

•    A dynamic leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity and commercial thinking, balancing visionary brand strategies with results-driven decisions to inspire growth and innovation
•    Proven experience in leading a global product strategy within the fashion industry, committed to creating fun, customer-first brand experiences.
•    Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and strategic planning.
•    Restless curiosity, always looking for new opportunities to innovate and elevate the brand.
•    A keen eye for trends with an understanding of how to translate them into global strategies that resonate with customers everywhere.
