Business Operations Analyst-Supply Chain

Job Description:

The Supply Chain Business Operations Analyst I works under the direction of the Supply Chain Business Operations Manager. This role collaborates closely with other Business Analysts and operational teams to enhance enterprise-wide functional areas using existing supply chain solutions. The Analyst applies both business practice and systems knowledge to provide continuous production and development support. Business Analyst I is detailed oriented applies and incorporates continuous improvement principles.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: Full-time 8:00am - 5:00pm

Essential Functions

Provide day-to-day operational support for Supply Chain systems and tools. Performs operational system tasks and maintenance as assigned. May be asked to participate in process consultations. Troubleshoot issues related to system functionality and data integrity.Develop and maintain simple ad-hoc queries and perform data analysis.Create high-quality documentation and training materials in collaboration with the Field Team; assist in system training for end-users.Recommend system improvements based on user interactions, data analysis, and expertise.Work closely with business areas and project teams to assess needs and interpret policies, laws, and functional requirements into system design documents. Collaborate with IT teams to create technical design documents.Manage small-scale projects as assigned.Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including state, federal, and industry regulations.

Qualifications 

Two years experience in Supply Chain procurement and operations

Preferred Qualifications
 

Bachelor’s degree with two years of related professional work experience in maintenance, and support of supply chain systemsExperience in healthcareProficient with Microsoft Office Suite

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$29.66 - $46.72
