Clerk Administrative
Overview Full time 40 hours/week | 8:00am - 4:30pm, Mon-Fri This position provides administrative support to the Volunteer Services department. The Administrative Clerk supports the department in overseeing processes that impact volunteer services, volunteer satisfaction, and department workflow including: inventory, answering phones and general emails, scheduling appointments, in-kind donation intake and distribution, data entry, generating reports, filing, assisting in new volunteer onboarding, distributing meal vouchers and parking passes, assisting volunteers/ visitors, and project development. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience must include excellent computer skills and applications including Office Suite (applications such as Word and Excel). Excellent interpersonal, conflict management and negotiation skills required; project management experience preferred. Must function with minimum supervision and be able to exercise sound independent judgment. Must be able to work in a team environment with a diverse group of people. Must be able to work in a setting where access to and control of confidential information is required. AA degree preferred.
