This leadership role shapes the future of patient care by managing clinical educators, coordinating competency assessments, and driving professional growth. Key Responsibilities: + Lead daily operations of the education department to align with hospital goals. + Supervise and support clinical educators in program planning and delivery. + Collaborate with nursing leaders and providers to assess and fulfill learning needs. + Design and implement orientation programs and ongoing competency evaluations. + Monitor and analyze educational outcomes to ensure program effectiveness. + Oversee preceptor training and professional development initiatives. + Promote certification, continuing education, and evidence-based practices. + Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. + Contribute to the design and delivery of learning solutions across disciplines. + Perform additional duties as assigned.
