This position will be responsible to manage, develop and deliver all aspects of the contract life cycle and optimization of Global Corporate programs. The Corporate Programs Contract Manager will be reporting to the Manager, Corporate Programs and Implementation, and be responsible to deliver market leading B2B contract processes for the Corporate Sales team across North America and for local international contracts.

Responsibilities\:

Point person for the JV Corporate Account Management teams  Managing implementation workflow processes utilizing Salesforce CRM and CPQ PROS agreements to ensure uniformity of filing for large corporations Initiate and collaborate with other cross-functional team members to ensure the corporate product is offered for small and medium size contract proposals  Build in solutions to processes to promote corporate data integrity in the corporate contract tools and integrated platforms Gather feedback from Corporate Sales management team and create processes applicable to the Contract life cycle  Manage and develop contract functions and provide standard service level delivery for both generic inboxes in JV Contracts and Corporate Contract Ticketing Assistance Create and manage corporate products including AC Traveler Services, AC Corporate Value Funds, and ensure documentation is available to internal corporate management working streams Build solutions to processes Responsible to optimize pre-qualification of JV accounts for Contract analysis and ensure Data integrity Create work streams for the current data transition and create new processes for the new Data tool Create and manage corporate products including AC added benefits, AC Amenity Funds Train and coach corporate programs team Responsible as the point of contact and subject matter expert Perform audits and assist with DocuSign and Salesforce reporting Assess feedback and create streamlined contract processes based on current and future process document requirements. Manage inquiries/issues resolution, recommending program improvements, initiating new services and procedures based on observed needs Manages resolution of all fare filing discrepancies for Air Canada and JV corporate contracts by liaising with managers, travel agents and point people at other carriers involved in contracts Responsible for ensuring that all global corporate fare filings are complete and corporate discounts are available for booking by corporate account’s dedicated travel management company  Manage the integrity of filed fares in various GDSs to ensure corporate fares are tested in Amadeus and Sabre to protect and grow corporate revenues Subject matter expert for the clarification of account contract-related questions; policies, programs, and procedures Ensure that accurate and timely reporting is available in various tools including Salesforce, DocuSign, and CPQ PROS  Work closely with IT to implement new corporate tools to enhance customer service and improve efficiency as needed The Corporate Programs Contract Manager also works closely with, and not limited to, AC Legal department, Product Distribution, Amenities team, Revenue Accounting, IT, Translation, and Marketing. *

Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign, or other CRM tools
