**Responsibilities** In coordination with the Diabetes Nurse Educator and the Director counsels and educates patients and families on diabetic diets. Teaches group classes and maintains necessary data and collection and appropriate medical documentation. **Qualifications** + Minimum of one year experience in outpatient or clinic setting as a clinical dietitian preferred. + Bachelor’s degree in Foods & Nutrition Dietetics. + Registered Dietitian + Current Registration with American Dietetic Association Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) - Diabetes Educator Certification. **Overview** Founded in 1926, Dignity Health - Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center is a 334-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital.
