Position Profile
The Digital Services Specialist – Off Site is responsible for marketing and selling Ricoh’s Off-Site services to new and existing clients within a defined territory. This includes Corporate Legal Departments, Law Firms, Corporations, K–12 institutions, and State and Local Government entities. Services offered include digital solutions and document conversion.
This role carries a minimum annual sales quota based on territory assignment. As the first point of contact for customer needs, the Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth and aligning Ricoh’s services with clients’ digital transformation goals, including information mobility, remote data access, and real estate optimization.
Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth within assigned accounts and meet or exceed annual sales quotas. Serve as the primary contact for all customer requirements. Conduct prospecting activities using social selling tools, phone, email, and in-person meetings. Deliver presentations to current and prospective clients. Maintain a deep understanding of Ricoh’s Off-Site solutions and related offerings. Utilize CRM systems to manage client data and generate new opportunities. Conduct industry and client research within the assigned territory. Provide accurate job assessments and price quotations. Collaborate with Operations, Sales Support, and other Ricoh teams to ensure client satisfaction. Generate and deliver accurate invoices. Complete all required documentation, including job tickets, referrals, activity logs, and other reports. Participate in ongoing training and skill development. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Previous outside B2B sales experience is required; experience in services sales is preferred. Must complete all required Ricoh training. Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and processes. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational abilities. High business acumen and follow-up capabilities. Ability to lead or collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships across functions. Working Conditions Primarily office-based with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels. Occasional exposure to less desirable conditions (e.g., noise, temperature changes). Requires frequent travel to customer sites, which may not be accessible via public transportation. Physical effort may be required to move objects up to 60 lbs.
