Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred 5-7 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization lab or similar cardiovascular setting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role requiredJob Summary
The Director, Cath Lab is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and management of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, including planning, organizing, and overseeing all administrative, operational, and clinical activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of quality patient care. This role works closely with hospital leadership and cardiology teams to support excellence in patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement within the Cath Lab department.

Comprehensive knowledge of cath lab operations, cardiovascular procedures, and regulatory standards. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation. Ability to analyze quality metrics, manage process improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety standards.Licenses and Certifications
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure preferred or equivalent clinical certification required BCLS - Basic Life Support required CCVP - Certified Cardiovascular Catheterization Professional preferred Health Services\ACLS preferred
