**Responsibilities**
**Patient Assessment and Diagnosis**
+ Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including comprehensive health histories and physical exams.
+ Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions commonly seen in an urgent care setting.
+ Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs, imaging, and other relevant procedures to support clinical decision-making.
**Treatment Planning and Patient Care**
+ Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and urgent concerns.
+ Prescribe appropriate medications, therapies, and interventions in alignment with current practice standards.
+ Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, preventive care, and health maintenance strategies.
**Team Collaboration and Coordination**
+ Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
+ Consult with specialty providers and refer patients when appropriate to ensure comprehensive treatment.
+ Facilitate smooth transitions of care across urgent care, primary care, and specialty services.
**Clinic Operations & Community Engagement**
+ Provide care in a high-acuity urgent care environment with enthusiasm, compassion, and efficiency.
+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinic growth and performance goals.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Primary Care and Pediatrics
+ A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
+ Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
+ Completion of state mandated educational courses
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bilingual - English and Spanish

**Compensation/Benefits Include:**
+ Guaranteed Salary up to $140k per year
