StretchLab Greenbrae is looking for experienced fitness and bodywork instructors to grow our talented crew of Stretch Therapists! This is an great opportunity to gain a new skill set that focuses on the missing piece of most people's wellness routine: recovery. StretchLab's nationally recognized, proprietary Flexologist Training Program and certification ensures that our clients get the best professional stretch experience possible. We help those of any age, body type or fitness level move, play and feel better in their bodies through assisted stretching. If this work sounds like a potential fit, let's start a conversation. * Part-time role: 15-25 consistent weekly hours * Paid training; nationally accredited program and certification * Required qualifications: degree or certification in movement/bodywork/fitness * Local candidates: Must live within 20 miles of studio Pay and Benefits * Hourly range $26-$31, plus gratuities and bonus tied to performance * Part-time role 20-28 hours per week (4-6 hour shifts) * Fully paid Flexologist Training Program and Certification; CEUs available * 401K option after one year * Free membership; generous employee discounts * Growth opportunities: Senior Flexologist, Lead Flexologist and Master Flexologist Background and Qualifications * Current certification in massage, personal training, strength & conditioning, yoga or related  * OR completed degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or Athletic Training * Foundational knowledge of anatomy and functional movement * Passion for health, wellness and helping people * Fantastic communication skills, must love connecting with people * Reliability, professionalism and timeliness Job Responsibilities * Learn and perform 25 and 50-minute 1:1 assisted stretch sessions (hands on) * Engage, support and educate clients of all ages, sizes and fitness levels * Learn Club Ready platform; comfortable with operational tasks (bookings, notes, etc) * Attend monthly team meetings and mandatory trainings * Keep current on continuing stretch education and techniques * Support community events, promotions and pop ups About Us:  Our locations (StretchLab Greenbrae and StretchLab Novato) are warm and welcoming spaces that  promote positivity, personal growth and wellness.
