Position Profile
The Forms Management Specialist is assigned to key customer sites and is responsible for delivering contracted services while acting as a liaison between the client and the production team. This role focuses on managing specific workflows or processes for customer accounts and may involve coordinating jobs on-site, off-site, or with third-party vendors. A high level of customer interaction is expected, with an emphasis on increasing volume and identifying new business opportunities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Adheres to RICOH Service Excellence performance standards Interfaces with customers to communicate job requirements to the production team, especially for tasks requiring specialized knowledge or skills May serve as an on-site or off-site sales coordinator Designs and creates forms or other printed materials as requested by the customer Ensures adherence to production schedules and deadlines Reviews proofs and collaborates with printers on the production of printed materials Performs other duties as assignedQualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
