Key Responsibilities: Studio Leadership & Culture * Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy studio environment * Maintain stage organization, cleanliness, and studio technology * Address member concerns with professionalism and a focus on resolution * Oversee class programming and music to ensure consistency and quality Trainer Team Development * Identify and recruit top-tier trainer talent * Lead onboarding and training in partnership with the Rumble Corporate Talent Team * Host monthly workshops and provide ongoing coaching using Rumble's quality control standards Community Engagement & Business Growth * Support marketing, outreach, and in-studio engagement to build a community * Help drive class attendance, client retention, and monthly revenue goals * Assist with communication to new, current, and former members Compliance & Records Management * Maintain accurate employee files including certifications, CPR cards, emergency contacts, disciplinary actions, and class reviews Requirements: Availability & Commitment * Must be flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as needed * Must dedicate approximately 6 hours per week to studio operations, class reviews, and team support Certifications & Experience * 2+ years of group fitness experience * Hold a current group fitness certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA) - preferred * Maintain up-to-date CPR/AED certification - preferred Brand Alignment & Skills * Strong understanding of the Rumble brand, programming, and core values * Exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills   Applicants must submit their resumes and be prepared to audition for the Training position at Rumble to demonstrate their skills and abilities.
