Job Summary
The Manager, Human Resources is responsible for managing and executing a wide range of human resource functions to support organizational goals and foster a positive work environment. This role serves as a strategic partner to employees and leadership, providing expertise in employee relations, talent development, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required Master's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred 4-6 years of progressive experience in human resources, including employee relations, performance management, and leadership development required 1-3 years of experience managing a team of HR professionals preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Proficiency in HR systems and tools, as well as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.Licenses and Certifications
