KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Provide daily functional support for supply inventory management applicationsWork on future system enhancements, new development, reporting, system upgrades, and other activities including new user trainingCreate functional specifications and assist with in-depth testing of future enhancements and module developmentProvide user support and track system bugs and enhancement requestsWork on data validation and BOL reconciliation processAssist with a new terminal and new supplier onboarding process. Perform set up functions in various systemsServe as liaison between fuels supply, transportation, and accounting team for updating terminal to consignee numbers, including product and cost verificationAssist in Speedway store conversions and integration projects and perform data validation tasksResponsible for data subscription service invoices and approvalsSupport supply team and management with ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors/4 Yr Degree2+ years of relevant work experiencePrevious fuels, product scheduling or fuels accounting experience preferred
