Overview The Interim Director is responsible for the effective operations of their nursing service line in a manner that ensures patient safety, meets or exceeds national quality standards, and is responsive to the needs of the patients and their families. Responsibilities Provides overall direction and leadership for the provision of safe, effective and cost efficient patient care within the service line Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred. Minimum of 3 years nursing management required.
