**Position Profile** The Field Representative II provides support to the customer’s Digital Technology (DT) department by receiving, processing, counting, and delivering computer equipment. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** Project and deskside support activities should be scheduled jointly with key stakeholders and in collaboration. Duties may include: + Receiving computer equipment and peripherals, which may involve handling multiple pallets at a time. + Processing received equipment and relocating it to designated storage areas. + Performing inventory checks multiple times per week. + Driving a small box truck twice a week to complete off-site deliveries. + Performing other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** **Education, Experience, and Certifications:** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Basic knowledge of: + PCs and laptops + Handheld tablets and smartphones (Apple, Android, Windows) + Windows 10 + Microsoft 365 **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** + Proficiency with Windows 10. + Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365. + Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. **Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands** + Primarily an office and warehouse environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature and noise levels. + Physically demanding role requiring lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs. + Involves driving a small box truck and using manual pallet jacks. + Moderate dexterity required—regular use of basic tools (calculator, keyboard, hand tools) and strong eye-hand coordination. **Note:** The above statements describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
