Mailroom Clerk:
The Mailroom Clerk is responsible for handling a high-volume mail room.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Sorting and distribution of mail and courier packages, including interoffice, couriers and overnight mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points;Process outbound mail and courier packages following direction of customer/end users;Access and maintain mailroom database;Maintain stationery inventory of marketing forms and collateral; Delivery of mail throughout the customers site;Establishing and maintaining quality controls to ensure work accuracy;Running reports, as required;Other duties as required by manager.Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications):
High School Diploma or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a mail room. Driver’s license is an asset. Willingness to obtain reliability security clearance.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationshipsStrong self-motivation to drive resultsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Other Requirements:
Ability to lift 30+lbs. as required
