Now, 7-Eleven is on a mission to contemporize the brand and redefine convenience – and we need your help. ▶ About This Opportunity The Innovation Implementation Manager will be customer-obsessed and have a passion for doing what's right for customers, franchisees and store teams. They will execute a coordinated and continuous, agile, cross-functional process to ensure continuous improvement in the communication and execution of of Innovation Key Duties and Responsibilities: + Manage the communication, planning, training, testing and verification of innovative platforms and equipment approved by the Innovation Steering Committee. + Installation will include store selection, floor plan development, Operations alignment and coordination of installation crews. + Communication includes SEI Operations alignment, Store level alignment, KVI measurements and timelines. + Coordinate successful training of respective store teams Prepare and provide weekly update reports regarding installations and key metrics. Education and Experience: + Education: Bachelors/4 Year Degree. + Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3+ years. Specific knowledge & Skills: + Organizational Change Management experience - multi unit retailer. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Self-starter who can build a structure and produce actionable outputs from variety of data sources. + High attention to detail; strong executive presences. + Operational and Merchandising experience a plus.
