Job Summary
The Employee Health Nurse develops, implements, and manages employee health programs to promote the health, safety, and well-being of all staff. This role includes administering health screenings, immunizations, and care for work-related injuries, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The Employee Health Nurse acts as a resource for health-related matters, provides education, and maintains detailed health records to support a safe and healthy workplace environment.

Qualifications
2-4 years of clinical nursing experience required 1-3 years of experience in employee health, occupational health, or workers compensation preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of occupational health principles, including regulatory compliance, infection control, and workplace safety standards. Proficiency in administering immunizations, conducting screenings, and managing medical records. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders. Ability to develop and deliver health education and training programs. Organizational and analytical skills to track compliance, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Familiarity with OSHA, CDC, and Joint Commission guidelines as they relate to employee health.Licenses and Certifications
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required BCLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), or American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) required COHN - Certified Occupational Health Nurse preferredTo apply, please email wasofia_orman@chs.net .
