Part-Time Small Office Coordinator
(Field Representative II – MS Onsite Technical Support)
Part-Time | 12 Hours per Week
Days: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
Hours: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Position ProfileThis position is accountable for the daily operations of a small office. The role includes performing contracted office services such as landlord coordination, facilities walk-throughs, housekeeping inspections, mail and stationery management, and light troubleshooting of AV, voice, and network systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations in a small office environmentPerform daily walk-throughs to ensure the space is well maintainedSubmit and follow up on work orders for facility-related issuesMaintain inventory and order specific supplies using the customer’s procurement systemTroubleshoot onsite AV conference room equipment and escalate issues as neededIdentify issues with voice and network services and notify appropriate support teamsOperate required equipment/software effectively to meet service levelsLiaise with facility management, vendors, and office occupants as necessaryPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required1–2 years of related work experience preferredAbility to lift up to 30 lbsMust be able to stand and walk for extended periodsProficient in MS Office SuiteProfessional presence and customer service skills required
