Job Summary
The Senior Business System Analyst is responsible for engaging with the business to gather and document use case requirements, understand standard business processes, perform analysis, provide solution options, work with engineers to design the product and support testing throughout the dashboard development lifecycle. This role will be deeply involved as the requirements subject matter expert throughout the solution development lifecycle and is expected to take personal responsibility and ownership for the requirements artifacts produced. The analyst will partner with operational leaders to translate company priorities into metrics, reports and dashboards, enabling the organization to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field required Master's Degree preferred 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on data analysis, use case development, and strategic planning. Proficiency in data analysis tools andsoftware (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker Studio Pro). 3-5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion (FIN/HCM/SCM) and FDI preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong understanding of ERP systems and their impact on business operations, particularly within supply chain, finance, and project management functions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Proficiency in data analysis, process documentation, and technical specifications review. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, building strong relationships across departments.
