Qualifications
Other Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required and Other Pharmacy residency training (PGY1 or PGY2) preferred Post-graduate Year One Pharmacy Residency preferred or Equivalent hospital experience requiredLicenses and Certifications
RPH - Registered Pharmacist Current State Pharmacist Licensure required and BCPS - Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist or other BPS specialty preferredJob Summary
The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for optimizing medication therapy, enhancing patient safety, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. This role involves direct patient care in a hospital setting, requiring strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in pharmaceutical practice.
