Under the direct supervision of licensed pharmacists, you will assist in preparing, compounding, and distributing medications while supporting regulatory compliance and medication safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** + Support medication preparation and distribution with precision and adherence to safety protocols. + Assist with controlled substance inventory and storage in accordance with DEA, FDA, and state regulations. + Utilize pharmacy automation systems for medication management and documentation. + Field and triage calls related to medication distribution, offering support within your scope of training. + Participate in clinical and administrative projects to enhance your knowledge and readiness for a pharmacist role.
