About this role:
We are searching for a Palliative Care fellowship trained physician to join our Inpatient team of providers at Utah Valley Hospital.

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicineCompletion of a US-based ACGME accredited residency and Palliative Care fellowship training programBoard certification or eligibility in Palliative CareActive, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain oneAbility to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing processCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification*We invite all qualified candidates to apply, however in many cases we are not able to offer visa sponsorship.
