**POSITION PROFILE** This position will be responsible for establishing and managing the portfolio architecture direction and standards for the Key Area of Focus that Ricoh takes to market to evolve our Ricoh US Portfolio. Works with strategy managers in industry verticals and core business domains to apply the technology architecture standards and establish specific technology and business strategies for service offerings and relays business requirements to technical development teams to execute the strategy. Champions the use of technology to transform the solution delivery models and modernize traditional services. Research emerging trends in technologies determines their application in Ricoh's portfolio, and identifies their placement in multi-year roadmaps. Facilitates the development of mutually beneficial partnerships with key vendors to accelerate Ricoh's ability to service the market. Communicates technical vision, roadmaps, and applications to senior leaders within Ricoh and targeted customers and vendors with clarity and conciseness, ensuring the business implications are properly comprehended. **JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and participating in the development of strategic services. + Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. + Performing requirements analysis and document and communicate the results of your efforts. + Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. + Translate business requirements to technical development teams + Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. + Collaboration with UX/UI designers to build out mockups of customer experience within an application + Perform user acceptance testing. Stay up to date on the latest process and software enhancements to automate and modernize systems. + Ensures the service delivery models properly reflect the optimization that was targeted through the introduction of new technologies + Works closely with our execution leaders to ensure synergies across all solutions + Participates in evaluation of vendor technologies and roadmaps + Participates in strategic vendor evaluations from a business perspective to build compelling value for customers + Creates and executes communications plans regarding services direction, standards, and roadmaps + Identifies and manages resources required to successfully execute cross-functional initiatives + Participate in Marketing Activation Processes (MAP) to help refine and mature to further accelerate speed to market **Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience + 10 years experience developing and delivering technology solutions to customers, with the majority of that experience in emerging IT services preferred + Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field + Experience leading large, complex, development projects within a matrixed organization + Experience in organizational change management, ensuring lasting adoption of transformation programs + Experience working with and presenting to senior executives **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES** + Ability to build positive cross-functional relationships at all levels + Experience dealing with external and internal customers + Ability to act as the translator between business requirements and technical requirements to provide alignment cross-functionally to achieve a common goal + Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and oral, clearly and persuasively presenting information in positive and negative circumstances + Passion for business and process improvement & continuous learning and development + Possesses ability to motivate individuals and groups by creating a positive work environment, quality training, and mentoring + Displays good judgment, recognizes market trends by collecting, organizing and analyzing data, maintains positive employee and customer relations, and creates an exciting work environment + Possesses independent judgment to make sound, justifiable decisions and take action in solving problems + Comfortably interacts with senior executive team on problem resolution, process improvements, metrics and reporting **WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS** + Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level + Work assignments are diversified.
