Job Summary:
Join Ricoh’s dynamic team as a Senior On-Site Service Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in enhancing the client experience through reliable, efficient operational support. You'll work hands-on with advanced 2D/3D printing technologies and high-volume equipment in a fast-paced environment. From production and sorting to customer interaction and light facilities support, you will be at the center of our service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate high-volume 2D and 3D print and copy equipment with a focus on quality and efficiency Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate unresolved technical problems as needed Provide outstanding customer service by managing inquiries, service requests, and coordinating job completion Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and handle billing for services provided Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of completed work Support various building operations, including meeting room setups, light maintenance, and front desk/reception coverage as needed Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environmentRequired Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, client-facing settingPreferred Qualifications:
