Job Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent in alignment with the organization's goals. This role collaborates with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment plans, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. The Recruiter leverages sourcing expertise, technology, and relationship-building skills to fill open positions efficiently while fostering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Essential Functions
Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or GED required Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 2-4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required Experience in healthcare or corporate recruitment preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Expertise in sourcing and recruiting, including passive candidate engagement and relationship building. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with hiring managers, candidates, and leadership. Proficiency in leveraging technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and talent acquisition strategies. Problem-solving and negotiation skills to achieve successful hiring outcomes. Commitment to providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.Licenses and Certifications
