Senior Associate Scientist- Infectious Disease (In-Vivo)

We are seeking a **Senior Associate Scientist** to join our team studying viral infections. You will be responsible for carrying out in vivo and in vitro studies to support the discovery of antiviral therapeutics.
**As a Senior Associate Scientist, a typical day may include the following:**
+ Performing mouse in vivo studies to support model development and evaluation of therapeutics
+ Harvesting mouse tissues for downstream analysis
+ Performing ELISAs, virus infection assays, and other in vitro assays
+ Maintaining cell cultures
+ Data analysis
+ Maintaining reliable records
+ Providing updates and presenting your work to the broader team

In order to be considered for this role, you must have at least a BS/MS in a scientific field with 3+ years proven relevant experience. Must have experience working in-vivo with mice including basic injections, blood collections, and tissue harvests. Experience with cell culture, immunological assays including ELISA is required. Experience working with viral infections and in a BSL2 environment is strongly preferred. Ability to design experiments, analyze, and troubleshoot independently is highly desirable.
