ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is responsible for undertaking conceptual graphic and digital design activities relating to seasonal, promotional and in-house marketing content in accordance with brand directives and guidelines. Key areas of responsibility include:
Support and assist the Brand Operations Marketing team in global conceptual design of projects as required to ensure all creative is consistent, highly polished and on brand Develop and create dynamic engaging visuals and edit motion graphics, videos, and animations for web, social media, and presentations. Collaborate with Senior Creative leads to roll out conceptual project to print and digital design studios Support with additional items and workload where required Develop and create dynamic engaging visuals and edit motion graphics, videos, and animations for web, social media, and presentations.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated experience in a similar role Ideally between 3–5 years' experience in graphic design (in-house or agency side) Experience working within brand guidelines and creating new concepts that still align to brands DNA Experience in conceptual design developing seamless experiences across digital and print Proficiency with creative design programs Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Aftereffects). Experience with visual and interaction design tools (Figma). Intermediate-advanced skills in creating animated designs would be highly advantageous. Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals and Prototyping experience highly regarded Exceptional design skills, eye for content quality, creative typographic and crafting skills Knowledge of design fundamentals and principles Is highly effective in interpreting briefs and delivering and executing creative concepts Excellent creative and artistic presentations skills Thrives in a collaborative team environment Results driven and ability to multitask Ability to work effectively and level-headed under pressure in a faced paced and agile environment Receptive and responsive to constructive feedback Ability to demonstrate initiative and effectively plan and be proactive in all facets of the role Demonstrate effective interpersonal, communication and networking abilities Experience with fashion/retails brands desirable and a passion for the fashion industry a must.
