Job Title: Site Leader Summary

As the Site Leader, you are the cornerstone of our small-site operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality while fostering a culture of service excellence and team empowerment. You will lead with authenticity, adaptability, and accountability—balancing strategic oversight with hands-on support across reception, facilities, and mail/print services. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Oversee daily site operations with a forward-thinking mindset, using data-driven insights to guide decisions and improve performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring contract compliance and delivering service with warmth and professionalism. Mentor and empower a diverse team, providing guidance on assignments, schedules, and development opportunities. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, tackling challenges with creativity and resilience. Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, streamlining processes for greater efficiency. Reception & Conference Room Management Manage all reception duties including greeting visitors, handling calls, and ensuring security protocols are followed. Coordinate and execute meeting room setups, including AV equipment, catering, and room configurations. Monitor booking systems, track upcoming meetings, and maintain high housekeeping standards in all shared spaces. Support visitor and workspace logistics, including hotspot and office space requests. Facilities Services Support Act as the first line of support for all facilities-related inquiries, escalating and tracking issues to resolution. Collaborate with building management and vendors to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and space management. Maintain inventory and stock levels for office and pantry supplies, ensuring daily readiness. Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including desk setup and Day 1 orientation. Assist with occupational health and safety walkthroughs and updates. Mail & Print Services Oversee mailroom operations, ensuring timely processing of incoming/outgoing mail and courier services. Train and support the team in operating and troubleshooting mail and print equipment. Manage stationery and general office supply inventory, placing orders and maintaining records. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures for mail, print, and reprographics services. Qualifications Must Have High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. Proficiency in technology and customer-facing roles. Passion for customer service and team success. Nice to Have Previous leadership or supervisory experience. Experience in training or mentoring team members. Familiarity with B2B environments and technical processes. Advanced technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Why Join Us?
