You will be part of our exciting journey as we upgrade all touchpoints of the Typo brand and help to widen the reach of our brand across the world.
As the Social Media Manager, you’ll be a driving force in this transformation. You’ll lead a high-performing team, nurturing a culture of curiosity, originality, and accountability.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready for their step up into a Social Media Manager role and continue to build their experience in an amazing team of Marketing and Social superstars!
You will be responsible for you and your team delivering on innovative social media marketing strategies that create brand awareness and help drive conversion across our social channels. We will look to you to drive customer awareness and engagement and strengthen our market position by amplifying the brand message across all channels.
You will lead your team to develop and deliver a calendar of impactful brand moments and will ensure we have a strong social media presence that is globally consistent. We will look to you to analyse performance of content produced and identify areas of opportunity and growth with key stakeholders.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Degree / Qualification in Marketing or Advertising
• Demonstrated experience in Social Media, ideally within a retail business
• A passion for leading and developing a team
• Proven skills in analysing data and reports relating to customer reach and engagement
• Experience working with Omni-channel
• Strong knowledge of Web Analytics platforms and data analysis tools highly regarded
• High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines whole focusing on key priorities.
