**Senior Product Owner** **(Sleepy Hollow, NY)**
Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Owner (Sleepy Hollow, NY) to provide technical leadership in the assessment and delivery of technology solutions to support Financial Business processes. Communicate effectively at all levels which includes escalation to IT leadership when necessary. Identify areas of opportunity and improvement to optimize, innovate and reduce technical debt in the delivery of Financial System demand. Support G&A IT leadership to identify gaps in existing processes, determine disposition (major project, small project, enhancement) and provide inputs to recommendations for future process & technology improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships across business partners and internal IT teams. Develop and continually strengthen deep knowledge of Financial Services applications, technologies and business processes for assigned areas. Perform as the technical workstream authority for Cloud ERP / Oracle eBS strategic projects ensuring business requirements that support key business processes meet current and future needs. Translate requirements, designs and processes into realistic, innovative business and system design solutions. Work closely with all technical teams involved and close gaps quickly to speed up the system development process. Serve as the conduit between the business functional owner community and internal IT and/or software development team(s). Local telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
SALARY RANGE: $152,859.00 - $181,100.00 per year
**Job Requirements** **:**
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 7 years of experience working as a technical systems lead for projects and enhancements in the Financial Systems space. Must have experience with: Collaborating with IT leaders, business leadership, senior technologists, to define business processes, and analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative and innovative solutions and measure delivery results; Financial SaaS implementations such as Oracle eBS, Oracle Fusion ERP, SAP Concur, Kofax MarkView or Readsoft; Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation including Record to Report, Acquire to Retire, and Procure to Pay or Oracle eBS
implementation including GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management, and eBTax; Technical experience with core Oracle Technologies such as Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, Oracle AME, Oracle Application Framework, Oracle APEX, and Web Services; Data performance and tuning; SQL, PL/SQL; GxP experience ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the highest quality in processes and products; Designing, building and using Oracle APIs, development of XML/BI Publisher data reports, HTML JavaScript, jDeveloper and Workflow Builder; Vendor management; Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level; and Translating and presenting technical concepts into practical business terms in both small and large group settings.
