Student Programs Coordinator

Job Description:

The Student Program Coordinator focuses on student experience as a means of recruiting the best and brightest and creating a future workforce that reflects the community Intermountain serves.

This position is responsible for facilitating experiences for students within assigned Intermountain facilities and collaborates with managers and preceptors to ensure students legally and safely gain experiences that develop their careers. The incumbent acts as liaison between educational institutions, students, and Intermountain and collaborates with a variety of stakeholders including Talent Acquisition and other HR partners, department managers and preceptors, students, and outside academic agencies. This position leverages technology and automation to assess pipeline needs to place students in the various Intermountain facilities.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience managing and completing projects demonstrating a high degree of autonomy, organization, adaptability, and attention to detail.Two years of professional experience in healthcare or educationDemonstrated strong written and verbal communications, negotiation, and public relations skillsDemonstrated strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentationsExperience creating and delivering written and verbal communications

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.Experience in student placement programs.Professional experience in healthcare.

Interact with others requiring the employee to communicate information.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$26.84 - $42.28
