Systems Operations Analyst
**Job Summary** The Systems Operations Analyst is responsible for performing and coordinating application and infrastructure support project tasks, meetings, and activities. Their duties include resolving incident and request tickets within their respective disciplines. The analyst is also expected to maintain strong, positive working relationships both within the Technology department and across other areas of the organization. **Essential Functions** + Prioritizes and works incident and request tickets for their specific discipline. + Manage statements and records from current vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. + Work on automating manual processes, enhance existing automation solutions, and contribute to the development of new tools and systems. + Run SQL queries for data analysis and/or reporting as required. + Collaborates with cross-functional teams. + Promotes system security and patient confidentiality and helps ensure compliance. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Complies with all policies and standards. **Qualifications** + H.S.
