Urgent Care Physician
**Responsibilities** + **Comprehensive Patient Care** : Deliver high-quality, compassionate urgent care to patients of all ages, addressing a wide range of non-emergent medical conditions, minor injuries, and acute illnesses in a timely manner. + **Efficient, Evidence-Based Treatment** : Perform thorough evaluations, establish accurate diagnoses, and implement patient-centered treatment plans grounded in current clinical guidelines and best practices. + **Collaborative Teamwork** : Partner with a dedicated team of providers, including advanced practice professionals, medical assistants, and clinic staff, to ensure cohesive, efficient, and respectful care delivery. + **Clinical Procedures & Diagnostics** : Perform minor in-office procedures, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and adjust care plans based on clinical findings to support optimal patient outcomes. + **Patient Education & Preventive Guidance** : Educate patients and families on health conditions, preventive strategies, and follow-up care to empower them in managing their health and well-being. **Qualifications** + A valid and unrestricted California medical license + Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) + Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program + Ability to practice with a high level of compassion and collaboration **Overview** Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge (https://www.dignityhealth.org/dhmf/about/network/northridge) is a mission driven primary care group aligned with Dignity Health, one of the largest healthcare systems in California.
